The hotel is good. Basically, it looks like regular Ibis with corresponding facilities and services. A/C works perfectly. Gated parking is available. Very nice and enjoyable area just before the entrance. Staff is young and mostly friendly and helpful. Cats and kittens in the lobby and near by the entrance create a certain coziness.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport options. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I recommend this hotel, especially the room with a balcony. The room is not big but even I, having claustrophobia, had no problem. I like silence at night, after closing the window you can't hear the street, after opening it you can only hear the noise from afar and it doesn't bother you. The air conditioning set to minimum is really quiet (which is very important in my opinion because the noise doesn't bother you). It is a big hotel so you can wait for coffee in the morning. But the breakfast is good and the coffee is really good. And the most important thing is the very, very polite and helpful lady who is the manager and the ladies at the reception. I would like to thank them very much for all their help in solving my problems!

The size of the room was great for 2 of us. Breakfast was good but could have been better if there were more selections of pastries or an egg station. The front desk staff speaks well, and we could totally understand them. The hotel is situated at a quiet corner away from the main road. So we had a good night sleep. Plus there is a convience stall right next to the hotel.

The room is correctly as how it was described in Booking.com. During the hot summer season, the air condition quality in reception/seating area is comforting. There’s a small play nook where there’s playstation and snooker table and bean bags! Cute, hip and comfortable place for teens and tweens to hang out. The food/breakfast is great. Breakfast/restaurant staff is amazing.

I would like to start with staff, all of them were very friendly, kind and beautiful-looking, ready for help anytime, thank you for that. The location of hotel is excellent, rooms are very clean, cozy and comfortable, the lobby and restaurant are very nice and you can enjoy with interior design and delicious food. Parking place is available that is so good. I am very satisfied and will definitely visit next time too. Thank you.
